Phineas' List of Things To Do Over The Summer

Eeek! Summer! Here already?
Well, it's been here for a little while, I guess.

Anywho!
I've created a list of things I would like to accomplish while summer is here. Like a New Year's Resolution! Except phor the summer...Heehee!

  • Explore the places I haven't been in the backyard
  • Redecorate my house- I'm thinking Phigloo goes upsidedown.
  • Build a wall between my house and The Bird's. I may need a little help with this one...
  • Or I could try to be phriends with them....Although this plan has phailed many times.
  • Get a tan. I'm so pale it's almost like I'm pure white. (*insert rimshot here*)
  • Blog more!
  • Eat more veggies!
  • Get some exercise.
I'm getting chubby from all of that Timothy Hay..LOL..*pats stomach*
  • Get Sean to hooolldddd meeeeee phinalllyyyy!

So there you have it! I'm sure I'll think of some more things to put onto the list, but phor now, I'll work on getting the ones I have already finished!

The Easter Rabbi- er. . .Pig!

Kieran phinally decided to take me to the park on Friday for her homeschool group's Easter party. She said that I would be the "Easter Pig." Sadly, I didn't get to hide any eggs like Kieran did, but I still had a good time! Bephore we left, I had to have bath....ew....

Alot of the kids at the park wanted to pet me and pheed me carrots! I have no problem with that! There was one little boy who didn't want to leave me! He was adorable. I'm glad that none of Kieran's phriends phreaked out and said "Eeek, a rodent!" when they saw me. That would have been embarrassing. But it seems like all the people there are pretty down with the idea of having a rodent. Not that I am one, of course. But that's what people think when they see me. Everyone was snuggling with me, and at one point I almost phell asleep in someone's arms. Of course, that made Kieran just totally have a girly-squeal moment. She got asked alot if I actually WAS a rabbit. Heehee. Silly people. After the party, Kieran and Michelle packed up their stuff and we went to pick up Katie phrom work. Katie waited in the car with me while Kieran and Michelle went to buy some groceries. I phell asleep in my little Piggie-Carier.

Even though I had phun, it's good to be back home in my Phigloo.

The 100-Pound Guinea Pig!

Okay....not really 100.
Kieran weighed me today, and I'm just about 3 lbs. Which is pretty hefty for a Guinea Pig. Apparently the scale said 5 lbs at phirst, and Kieran shouted out "PHIVE POUNDS! OMGNOWAY!" To which Sean replied from the kitchen, "He does not weigh as much as A bag of potatoes!.....Does He...?" So then Kieran weighed me a phew more times and each time it said 3 lbs. I really need to exercise some more. Before long I won't be able to get out of my Phigloo!

After I was put back into my house, I listened to my human phamily talk as they ate dinner(Homemade pizza. I want some!), and I'm pretty sure Kieran was drawing moustaches on everyones phingers with a marker at one point. And after they were done with dinner, Katie sat on the phloor by my house and started training one of her dogs to blow bubbles in A bowl of water, I think. He must've done it, because after A while everyone was laughing and cheering. I wish I could blow bubbles. Hmmm....

And I'm pretty sure The Birds are mad at each other. But it's like two against one. It's kind of sad. I think I'll talk to them and try to cheer them up. They'll probably mock me for it, but hey, it's worth A try, right?

All in all, today was a nice day. :)

P.S

Birds!(In no relation to my last post entitled "Tweet")

Sometimes I get the pheeling that I'm being watched. And not like being "watched" or "phollowed" on Twitter or my blog or something. But like the bad, creepy, and slightly spine-tingling creepy. Who does this watching? The Birds. I'm sure of it. Take today, for example.
I was up nice and early this morning, just minding my own business, and then I turned around and saw that The Birds were watching me through the bars of their cage. Or as they like to call it, their "Pirate Ship". I watched them back phor a moment, but my Phiggle eyes can only handle so much of.....them. So I just went back to what I was doing(eating) and tried to phorget about them. "So that's the end of that!" I bet is what you are thinking.

WRONG!

Later in the afternoon, while I was enjoying the day and popcorning around my house, I stopped short when I saw that they were staring at me again. And this time it was more like a glaring-stare...or a death glare-stare. Oh, yeah. Phigure that logic out. The Birds are trying to phigure out a way to stick a bomb in my Phigloo without me noticing. Or at least that's what I think they are trying to do. Why else would they be staring so much? Or maybe they think that by staring at me nonstop that they'll be able to gain control over my little Phiggie mind. Kieran and Katie think that it's hilarious. Regular comedians, those Birds are. Well, if they were shrunk down to my size and had The Birds staring at them 24/7, they probably wouldn't think it to be so funny.

Gadzooks! Grasshoppers!

Oh. My. Gosh.

Why do Grasshoppers have to come in such large sizes?
And why, I ask you, must they HOP? Specifically in phront of me!

I am not a phan of bugs, insects or any kind of creature in that category. My Human phamily isn't very bothered by them, but think about it- Grasshoppers are teensy compared to the Humans, but they are rather large compared to me!

Now, at this point of this post, you may be asking yourself; "Why oh why, is Phineas ranting about Grasshoppers?"

I'll tell you why-

Because one was IN my house!

Here's how it all went down-

Earlier tonight, I was simply minding my own buisness and sitting inside my Phigloo, when suddenly, I heard a noise. So I wandered out of my Phigloo and looked around, when there, right in phront of me, was the biggest Grasshopper I had ever seen!

It was popping around my cage like it owned the place! I was worried that it would make a mess of my wonderful house!

Phinally, Kieran came over and saw the Grasshopper. This is what she said;

"EEEEEEEEK!"

I kid you not, dear phollowers. So then she dissapeared and returned only moments later with a piece of bright pink paper. She then began trying to scoop the Grasshopper out of my cage. I think I heard her laughing at some point. That wasn't phunny! I usually am a very brave Phig, but that Grasshopper was HUGE! So I quickly retreated to the green-plastic safety of my Phigloo.

I watched as Kieran tried and phailed many times to get the Grasshopper out of my house, before she phinally managed to scoop it up on the paper and put it outback.

What a relief!

But I'll tell you this, dear phollowers-

Grasshoppers are not meant to hop inside a Guinea Pig house! I should have a sign on my wall that says "Private property! No Grasshoppers allowed!"

But at least THAT ordeal is over.

A very small cage and a phew dozen people.

*Sniff* I think I'm gonna cry.
My human phamily hosted a party at the house today. But I don't think I was invited. :(
They put me in a very small cage upstairs in Colleen's bedroom. And by small, I mean barely even big enough to it my Phigloo inside of the cage.
Yeah, it was that small.
But eventually Kieran and Jessyca came upstairs and held me whilse they sat upon the top of the stairs. And then some of their relatives-At least I think they were their relatives- came up and admired me. Ha, I love it when people adore me. Even though I do wish they would invite me to some of these parties sometimes, it wasn't all that bad.
It wasn't totally phabulous, either, but it wasn't bad.

It was very loud while the party was going on. And even now, when only a phew people are still here, it's still loud. VERY loud.
And Jessyca is still here, too. Which means that she'll end up holding me again. Hrm.
I think that I'm going to have to sleep in the very small cage tonight, because my big, nice, wonderful house is outside tonight, and there are party tables set up everywhere, so there is not really any room for my house.
But I hope that Kieran brings my Phigloo upstairs and puts it into the very small cage.
That would make the situation a little bit better.
