Feet!

Hi! Quick update!

About a week or so ago, the humans noticed that I had a swollen right hind phoot, and I of course already knew that, and was waiting for them to notice. It was probably swollen phrom a cut that got infected. Ever since then, they have been soaking my phoot in warm water with Epsom salt, I believe. I quite like it, it pheels nice... :) And they have also been wrapping my phoot in bandages. So phar the swelling has gone down quite a bit, but I'm still very skeptical about it, and I don't like to walk on it yet. I do, though, hobble around a bit when I need some phood or water. Luckily, I probably won't have to go to the vet as long as I keep making progress.

Phineas Maintenance Day

Yep. Yesterday was, as the title suggests, Phineas Maintenance Day. Which is pretty much the day when I get my nails trimmed and my house gets cleaned and I get a bath. I don't mind my house being cleaned, and having my nails trimmed is bearable, but it's the bath part that I just cannot stand! I hate baths. Yuck. =( And I mean, you'd think that Kieran would stop giving me baths by now, since after each bath, she's always covered in water and soap! But alas, the baths keep on coming.

This time, Jessyca was helping Kieran do all of the "maintenance", so the two of them cleaned out my cage and then gave me a bath. While no pictures were taken of me before/after/during the bath(Thank goodness!), Kieran did take some pictures of me hiding in the bag of bedding while she was cleaning my house.

Adventures In The Pet Store!

*Note: I meant to post this a phew weeks ago, but I had trouble uploading the pictures, and we all know this post wouldn't be the same without pictures.

So the other day, Katie, Kelsey, Merlin and myself went to the pet store! I've only been there two times before, I think. But I love going-Kieran usually buys me something!-. Kieran took some pictures so that I could share my adventure with you!

Here's me in the car on our way to the store- I have NO idea why I am blue in this picture. But it looks pretty cool, no?

Here are some pictures of the "Piggie Playset" that Kieran made out of polymer clay. She even made a Mini-Phinny and a "Piggie PDA" because she's obsessed with that new Guinea Pig movie, G-Force!

Wondering what this is? Simple! Kieran and Michelle philled my house with crumpled up newspaper for me to play in!

And I LOVE it!

Most of the pictures looked like this because I was running around and moving so much!

After I was done playing in the newspapers, I curled up and slept in them! This isn't a picture of me sleeping, but Kieran said she didn't want to wake me so she didn't take a picture.

Camping?

Ugh, I really must start posting blog posts more often.


Anyway, I have a short little post phor you today. =D




Almost everyone was up pretty early this morning, especially Kelsey, who had already been up phor a while when I woke up, and I tend to wake up pretty early myself. So they were all apparently getting Katie and Kelsey ready to go on a camping trip. Camping? As in nature? Phor a minute I wanted to go with them- Until they said that alot of dogs were going to be there. Don't get me wrong, I have no problems with dogs, it's just that I don't know any of the dogs that would be going on the camping trip and I'm not sure if any of those dogs would think that a small phurry creature like me would be a phun chasing toy and/or snack.... So I stayed home with the rest of the humans. But that's okay because I know that Katie and Kelsey are going to have a great time and that's good!

Oh, speaking of dogs, Kieran has the job of taking care of Katie's three dogs and two rats while she is gone, but Kieran told me not to worry, and that she'd still have plenty of time phor me!

Speaking of dogs again,

here are some phun pictures of Merlin's tail, which Katie had dyed red and blue for the phourth of July! Don't worry, it's not permanent! I think that she just wanted to try it out since she wouldn't be here over the phourth, so Merlin got to run around with a very colorful tail! Let your phlag WAG!
